Calling all HR practitioners

The Aware Training Institute (ATI) is developing a sexual harassment prevention programme for companies and other organisations.

The aim is to increase awareness of sexual harassment at the workplace and to help human resources departments shape policies and practices to prevent and to deal with the problem.

Work on the pilot programme is well on its way. The development team is looking for people with HR experience who can:

1. Provide feedback on issues they face as HR practitioners in respect of sexual harassment.
2. Advise on marketing of the programmes.
3. Help to test the programmes.
4. Be trainers for the programme.
