Court of Women

This Sunday, HOME will be holding an event called the ‘Court of Women’ whereby women from their domestic worker shelter will testify before a ‘jury’ and an audience of the abuse and exploitation that they have experienced.

Home is doing this in commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. Their commemorative event will be modelled after the first court of women done in South East Asia by the United Nations Development Programme.
