Love & Light Festival Singapore 27 Feb

AWARE is the official charity for Singapore’s first Love & Light Festival which will feature a wide range of activities and stalls focused on well-being – physical, mental, spiritual.

There will be lucky draws, free workshops, demonstrations of maternity and kids’ yoga, calming meditation techniques, and a host of nformation and assistance from family nutrition specialists, chiropractors and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) family physicians.

Pop by AWARE’s booth (C2 & C3) and reserve “15 minutes for me” sessions with our expert coaches and counsellors, who will facilitate the realization of your inner desires by helping you to focus and channel your energies towards your goal.

The workshops include one on “Nurturing Self Esteem”, which aims to develop holistic wellness in you by reconnecting to your inner being.

What Therapy, a women’s wellness and media partner, has pledged that all proceeds from the sale of its VIP Cards (S$20) will be donated to AWARE.
