Conference: Empowerment & work flexibility


Do you need a fresh perspective? Whether you are a stay-at-home mum looking to return to the work force or a midlevel execu9ve who has taken a break from work, your requirements may be similar in that you would like to remain relevant yet at the same time return to work on your own terms. Work Flexibility may also feature highly on your wishlist.

This proactive conference is aimed at providing you with alternative opportunities and a fresh way to prepare yourself  to return to the workplace.

10am to 10.45am: A session with Ean Yeo, Chief Success Officer of Charistal Pte Ltd and co-founder of WEWAM (Women Empowered for Work and Mothering), who is an accomplished champion of work-life harmony.

She is an accomplished trainer and empowers trainees through creative and effective activities to help them master skills in areas such as personal work-life effectiveness and flexible work arrangements.

1st BREAK 10.45am – 11am

11am to 2pm: A Return-to-work workshop conducted by Standard Chartered. More details to follow.

10am to 2.10pm: Representatives from Pinstripe Business Solu@ons can answer any questions about interim management flexi opportunities. Pinstripe makes available expert services in the areas of HR, Financial Structuring, Legal/Corporate Services, Marketing, Public Relations, and Sales for companies which are outperforming their current business structure. These could be short or long-term HR placements.

2nd BREAK 2pm – 2.15am

2.15pm: Be a Flexi-Work Champion prize giving and Photo taking
