AWARE is a registered charity with Institute of Public Character status (1 September 2022 – 31 August 2024) so all donations are tax deductible.

Why Donate?
Donate to AWARE if you want to make a difference to women’s rights and gender equality in Singapore. AWARE is an award winning NGO whose impactful approach has resulted in better legal protection on domestic and sexual violence and increased support for lower income and single parents.
We effect change by working at multiple levels:
- providing critical services for women that include the only Women’s Helpline in Singapore, Sexual Assault Care Centre, legal clinic and counselling
- impactful advocacy on laws and policies affecting women, supported by groundbreaking research
- corporate consultancy / training and public education
In 2016, AWARE won the Charity Governance Award in the Medium Charities/IPCs category.

AWARE scored excellent feedback from all the beneficiaries, partners, staff and volunteers that Just Cause Asia surveyed and stands out for filling a much-needed gap in challenging ideas, giving voice and deepening the discourse on issues relating to women in Singapore.
All donations made to AWARE are tax-deductible and will be automatically included in your tax assessment as long as your Tax Reference Number (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN) is provided to us. Your official receipt will be emailed to you in the middle of the next month.
