As This Is My Story Writing Contest had drawn to a close, 27th April saw a lively evening sharing the stories of the winners and a get-together with the story writing contestants, AWARE's new members and Executive Committee. The evening started off with the newly elected President of AWARE, Ms Tan Joo Hymn, along with Immediate Past President, Ms Braema Mathi, presenting the prizes to the top three winners of This Is My Story Writing Contest. Kathy O'Brien, Dell Marie Butler, and Sarojah M were the first, second, third prize winners respectively.
This party had successfully brought together our newly elected executive-committee, new members, and winners and participants of This Is My Story Writing Contest, for an evening of sharing, mingling and getting to know more about what AWARE is doing.
