Catalyse offers workshops on workplace harassment, unconscious bias and cultural diversity.
Workplace harassment is any unwelcome conduct that arises from work which causes harassment, alarm or distress to another person. It can violate a person’s dignity or create an unfavourable work environment for them.
We offer training for employees, managers and HR staff, so that your organisation will be well equipped to prevent and handle harassment in the workplace. In addition, Catalyse also offers private consultation sessions, where our in-house legal team offers their services to organisations who have a specific harassment situation and need assistance or advice.
