AWARE offers two workshops on sexual harassment:

  1. General GuideA basic introduction on what constitutes sexual harassment for employees, people managers and the public .
  2. Managers’ Guide to Dealing with Workplace Sexual HarassmentAn advanced workshop to equip human resource professionals, in-house counsel and senior managers with the following:
  • Basic knowledge of sexual harassment
  • Skills to investigate and conduct an interview with the victim, and/or perpetrator
  • Tools to implement organization policy on sexual harassment

General Guide – Course Outline

  7. What silences the victim?
  8. What can an employee do if he or she is sexually harassed?
  9. Legal recourse against sexual harassment
  10. Role plays on how to deal with sexual harassment

We can incorporate the company’s policies and processes into our workshop.
