Suggested wording for leaving a bequest to AWARE:
A donor can also nominate AWARE as a beneficiary of their CPF savings. A CPF nomination is a legal document where a person states how they want their CPF savings to be distributed in the event of their death.
CPF nomination forms can be obtained from any of the CPF regional offices. The donor in the presence of two adult witnesses must sign the nomination.
By nominating AWARE as a beneficiary of your CPF savings, you can make a positive difference to the lives of all those who are supported by AWARE.
On behalf of the women and families you’re supporting, thank you.
